The purpose of this tender is to award a framework agreement for a venue with two rooms (one room for 300 people and one room for 150 people) and the corresponding catering for an annual training event in June. A maximum of 3 additional events can be added per year.

The venue must be within a maximum radius of the LANUV location in 45133 Essen in order to be able to guarantee the necessary accessibility by the training participants. An event room will offer space for up to 300 participants. The second event room will be able to accommodate up to 150 people.
