Description:
Acquisition and maintenance of various medical equipments including physiotherapy equipment, posturography platforms, arthromotors, ventilation and cough assistance devices, therapeutic training equipment for bedridden patients, electric standing tables, bariatric electric standing tables, refrigerated knee splints, and upper limb arthromotors.

In the context of this consultation, the procurement procedure used is the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The form of contract is the framework agreement with purchase order with maximum entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It sets the conditions for the performance of the services and is carried out as and when purchase orders are issued. The services will be paid for by unit prices. Each lot will be allocated separately. Optional PES for lots 9 and 10 confers the consultation regulations in Article 2.4
