The purpose of this contract is to maintain several Areas of Community Interest (ZICs) in the territory of CINOR. The general objectives of this market are to preserve the quality of sites, landscapes, natural environments and facilities, and to allow them to access the public in good health conditions. These different sites are part of a tourism dimension and local development.

Maintenance of the Colorado Recreation Area (Saint-Denis), including:

— daily maintenance of mineral and vegetable equipment and surfaces;

— maintenance of baskets, cleaning and maintenance of sanitary ware;

- maintenance of green spaces;

— maintenance and verification of playgrounds.

Maintenance of the recreational area of Le Brulé (Saint-Denis), including in particular:

— daily maintenance of mineral and vegetable equipment and surfaces;

— maintenance of baskets, cleaning and maintenance of sanitary ware;

- maintenance of green spaces;

— maintenance and verification of playgrounds.

Maintenance of green spaces and mineralized areas of the common ZAC Bègue (Sainte-Suzanne), including in particular:

— maintenance of mineral and vegetable surfaces;

- maintenance of green spaces.

Maintenance of the green spaces of the urban park including in particular:

— maintenance of mineral and vegetable surfaces;

- maintenance of green spaces.
