The subject of the contract is the successive supply of light fuel oil in the maximum amount of 260,000 liters during the term of the contract to the public buildings of the Łukowica Municipality.

The subject of the contract includes the successive supply of light fuel oil to 20 public buildings in 10 villages in the Łukowica Commune, in the quantities necessary to heat the buildings. As for the volume of delivery / the total quantity of oil delivered, the Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the right of option referred to in Article 441 paragraph 1 of the PPL Act. The Ordering Party guarantees the purchase of light fuel oil in an amount of not less than 200,000 liters and in an amount of not more than 260,000 liters during the term of the contract. An optional contract does not constitute an obligation of the Ordering Party to award it, nor does it constitute a basis for the Contractor to assert any claims for non-performance of this contract.

Deliveries will take place successively, to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, to the objects listed in the "List of objects of the Łukowica Municipality"
