Collection and transport of municipal waste from member municipalities of the SGO5 Special Purpose Union of Municipalities in the years 2020–2022 from sector I (part I)Part I.
The subject of the Order is:
1. provision of a service consisting in the collection of the municipal waste indicated below from:
1.1. residential properties located in the municipalities of Stare Kurowo and Zwierzyn, i.e. single-family and multi-flat real estate;
1.2. properties in summer houses or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes located in the municipalities of Stare Kurowo and Zwierzyn and transporting them and transferring them to the installation indicated by the ordering party for development;
2. keeping PSZOK on real estate made available by the contracting authority in:
2.1. the commune of Stare Kurowo (Stare Kurowo, reg. no. 452/1 and 452/2, near the sewage treatment plant); and in
2.2. the commune of Zwierzyn (Górki Noteckie registration number gr. 12/4, behind the cemetery);
including equipping them with containers and containers in the amount corresponding to Table 4, as well as collecting and transporting waste from PSZOK to the installation indicated by the ordering party for development;
3. carrying out mobile collections referred to in point 26 of the ToR;
4. collection of waste from pharmacies on the terms set out in points 29-30 of the ToR;
5.the implementation of the other obligations provided for in the ToR, in particular the development of a waste collection schedule, the implementation of control and reporting and information obligations - in a period of 24 consecutive months, continuously and ensuring the proper functioning of the above-mentioned element of municipal waste management, taking into account dates and dates and special periods indicated in the ToR.

2. keeping PSZOK on the real estate made available by the contracting authority located in the Dobiegniew commune (Dobiegniew commune, ul. Nowomłyńska 1, POLSKA), including equipping them with containers and containers in the amount corresponding to table No. 4, as well as collecting and transporting waste from PSZOK to indicated by the contracting authority for the installation;
3. carrying out mobile collections referred to in point 26 of the ToR;
4. collection of waste from pharmacies on the terms set out in points 29-30 of the ToR;
