1. The subject of the contract is the provision of insurance services to the chambers of tax administration, the National Tax Information service and the National School of Treasury.

2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 4 parts:

a) part 1 - property insurance, civil liability insurance for business and property, accident insurance, vehicle insurance,

(b) Part 2 - watercraft insurance

c) Part 3 - insurance of unmanned aerial vehicles (OC).

(d) Part 4 - Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (AC) insurance.

3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. One contractor may submit a tender for one, several or all of the parts indicated above.

4. The insurance agreement will be concluded and implemented with the participation of the Consortium of Insurance Brokers Nord Partner sp. z o.o. and Mentor S.A., which is an insurance broker serving the Ordering Party.

1. Lot No 1 shall comprise:

– property insurance, civil liability insurance for business and mini, accident insurance covering the following scope of insurance cover:

1) property insurance against all risks,

2) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks,

3) insurance of property in transport (cargo),

4) civil liability insurance for conducting business and possession of property,

5) dog insurance (medical expenses, accidents, deaths)

6) accident insurance.

– insurance of the fleet of company vehicles and vehicles in respect of which the court has ordered forfeiture to the State Treasury, covering the following scope of insurance cover:

1) compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of motor vehicles for damage caused by the use of these vehicles (OC),

2) insurance of vehicles against damage and theft (AC),

3) insurance of accidents of drivers and passengers arising in connection with the use of motor vehicles (NNW),

4) insurance of the costs of providing immediate assistance – car assistance.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in the following Annexes 2A-2H to the SWZ:

1. Part 2: watercraft insurance. The scope of insurance includes:

1) insurance of the boat against the risk of damage, destruction and loss (casco),

2) civil liability insurance in connection with the possession and use of boats,

3) accident insurance of the master and crew members,

4) insurance of personal belongings of the captain and crew members.
