1. The subject of the contract shall cover the provision of services consisting in:

a) ongoing maintenance of cleanliness in residential buildings owned by the Municipality of the City of Szczecin,

b) ongoing maintenance of cleanliness in the areas owned by the Municipality of the City of Szczecin, adjacent to the property along with areas cleaned cyclically,

c) winter maintenance of areas owned by the Municipality of the City of Szczecin not indicated in the address statements, but commissioned each time depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.

- in accordance with applicable law (Act of 13.09.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities) and regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Szczecin adopted by the City Council of Szczecin, divided into three parts.

(a) Part 1 - Division South,

(b) Part 2 - Division North

c) part 3 - Niebuszewo Śródmieście District

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

a) maintenance in proper sanitary and order condition of staircases, laundry, drying room, gates, gate clearances and other rooms on the property intended for common use – (internal area),

b) maintaining in a proper sanitary and order condition the areas adjacent to the buildings within the boundaries of the given properties specified by the Ordering Party,

c) winter maintenance of areas – cleaning pavements from snow, ice and mud, access to buildings and containers for municipal waste and roads for their boring as well as rain drains, sprinkling snow into piles, knocking icicles from cornices, gutters and drain pipes (with low buildings in buildings up to a height of two storeys), sprinkling after snowfall and in the period of ice in the above-mentioned surface with sand or other hardening agent.

Cleaned mud, ice should be piled with the preservation of pedestrian crossings and the largest number of available parking spaces, as well as folding it on the edge of the sidewalk.

These activities should be carried out with continuous snowfall at least twice a day, i.e. until 700 o'clock and from 1300 to 1500 regardless of the day of the week. In the event of the presence of ice, the contractor should proceed immediately to remove its effects regardless of the day of the week and its time.

d) winter maintenance of areas not included in Annex 4 to the SWZ will be carried out in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party. The Head of the Technical and Operational Department will order the service in writing at least three days before the date of performance and in special cases one day in advance, specifying in the order the address with the location of the area, area and date of service,
