A tender is requested for a framework contract for portable X-ray fluorescence measuring devices (pXRF). The contract period is planned to be 2 fixed contract years, 1 + 1 option years. The equipment package offered shall be ready as such for field and indoor measurements. The pXRF instrument offered shall be suitable for measuring the concentrations of a wide range of elements. It shall have an internal memory for storing measurement results and shall be capable of operation even without an external control unit with touchscreen. After the conclusion of the contract, the estimated number of devices to be ordered immediately is 4 devices.

The pXRF instrument is required to have accuracy and performance and must therefore have the following characteristics;
• X-ray tube of at least 50 kV
• Rh (rhodium) anode, can be combined with Rh&W anode (rhodium &wolfram).
• Data transfer to computer via USB port
• Remote device control via USB port
• Warranty at least 36 months
• Mobile device-compatible interface
• Graphene window of the probe head
• Built-in GPS locator
• memory card slot for data storage

• Possibility to control the pXRF measuring device with an external terminal (computer / mobile device) without the need for separately installed software

The functional requirements of the device include;
• Operating temperature from -10 to + 50⁰C
• At least IP55 protection rating
The provider shall describe the above-mentioned requirements for the device. In the absence of the requested technical information or if the device does not meet the technical requirements, the offer will be rejected.
