In addition to the priority classification of class and group rooms and the associated preservation of all room functions, new functions are occasionally required. Essential components of the renovation are:

- Renovation of the facade with full thermal insulation and external blinds,

- renewal of all windows,

- structured cabling throughout the building,

- Barrier-free access through the addition of an elevator,

- interior renovation, in particular floor coverings, acoustics, sometimes upgrading.

The financing is based on the program Berliner Schulbauoffensive from Investment Planning. According to current planning, a construction cost ceiling of EUR 6 600 000 gross for the overall project, cost groups according to DIN 276 200 to 700, incl. The provision for unforeseen services or costs (UV), can be assumed. Of this amount, around EUR 5 100 000.00 relates to the refurbishment of the school building and approximately EUR 1 500 000 to the refurbishment of the outdoor facilities, which, however, are not part of this invitation to tender.
