The city of Wittenberge intends to hold a state horticultural show in 2027. This requires the upgrading of several sub-areas in the city. The subject of the tender is the Clara Zetkin Park and the allotment garden 'Herrenwiesengrund'.

The Clara Zetkin Park will be part of the entrance fee area of the garden show.

The allotment garden 'Herrenwiesengrund' is not part of the entrance fee, but visitors are to be presented with an insight into the development and sustainable management of allotment gardens.

The subject of the tendered planning services are all permanent gardening and landscaping investments in the scope of services for outdoor facilities in accordance with § 39 HOAI, as well as special services in accordance with the service description.

Temporary installations are the responsibility of the implementing company.

Within the processing areas, planning is to be carried out for individual sub-areas.
