Description:
Delivery of office and moderation supplies

The aim of the tender is to select a contractor who supplies all locations of the client (currently 28 locations) with office supplies and moderation equipment in accordance with the advertised range and in the requested quality and sets up an online shop for the retrieval of the material in accordance with the required range and makes it available to the client.

The estimated order volume for the required range (core range) for a service period of two years is approx. € 130,000.00 net. In addition, an estimated order value of approx. € 20,000 is set for the range from the overall product catalogue (marginal range) for two years. In total, the estimated contract value over the entire term of the contract (including any contract extensions) amounts to approx. € 300,000.

The client, with its approximately 3,000 employees, is represented by 28 offices within the Federal Republic of Germany. The supply of employees with the office supplies required for service operations is carried out nationwide by a supplier.

A framework agreement with a term of two years (01.12.2023 to 30.11.2025) is to be concluded with the two options for extension by one year each by the client.

For the tendered service, a non-binding quantity structure was determined on the basis of the requirements of previous years.

In addition, other goods can also be ordered from the provider's product catalog as required.

The customer is not obliged to accept the specified quantities as a minimum purchase or may exceed them within the scope of the legal possibilities according to §§ 132 ARC.

The contractor shall ensure that orders for delivery to the individual locations are placed via a free internet platform (online shop) from 01 December 2023.

For this purpose, a WEB-based catalogue / shopping cart with the core assortment selected by the client and the agreed prices must be made available on the Internet platform. The WEB-based catalogue must be provided with photos of the products. In addition, each item must be provided with a product name.

In addition, the general catalogue must be made available to the central purchasing bodies (limited group of users) of the client via Internet access with the discount agreement existing for all products.

Orders (individual call-offs) are placed centrally via a location of the client and usually via the online shop; it should still be possible to place an order by telephone or in writing.

Orders placed by the client are placed Mon-Fri from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

An order confirmation (automatically generated for online orders) must be sent to the contractor promptly by e-mail.
