The subject of the contract is winter maintenance of streets, sidewalks, bicycle paths and parking lots in the years 2023 – 2025. The scope of the contract includes the provision of services consisting in preventing slippery and black ice, snow removal and cleaning after the end of the winter season of streets, sidewalks, bicycle paths and parking lots, which are in the Management Board of the Wilanów District of the Capital City of Warsaw. The task in question will be carried out in the Wilanów District m.st Warsaw on the plots of the Capital City of Warsaw, in accordance with the annexes to the model contract. The description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ. The order must be made in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract and the model contract.
The subject of the contract is to maintain cleanliness and order of the areas owned by the m.st of Warsaw located in the Wilanów District m.st Warsaw - Part II – winter maintenance of streets, sidewalks, bicycle paths and parking lots in the years 2023 – 2025.
The description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 2 to the SWZ. The order must be made in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract and the model contract.
The scope of the contract includes the provision of services consisting in preventing slippery and black ice, snow removal and cleaning after the end of the winter season of streets, sidewalks, bicycle paths and parking lots, which are in the Management Board of the Wilanów District of the Capital City of Warsaw.
8.1 The Contractor's obligations in the field of winter maintenance of roads, parking lots, squares and pedestrian routes include:
8.1.1 performing activities covered by winter maintenance of roads, parking lots, squares and pedestrian routes - in accordance with the categories set out in Annexes 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 3a, 3bi 4 to the Agreement,
8.1.2 making decisions on the commencement and determining the scope of works necessary to maintain streets and pedestrian routes in proper condition in the case of works carried out:
between 1600 and 700 based on information provided by the City Cleaning Board and confirmed by a text message to the telephone number indicated in point 7.2. of the description,
between 700 and 1600 based on information provided by the City Cleaning Board and after telephone consultation with an employee of the Department of Environmental Protection for the Wilanów District.
The decision to take action must be justified by the weather conditions occurring in the district.
8.1.3 commencement of snow removal of roads or combating slippery and black ice on them within the time specified in the submitted offer, but not longer than 3 hours from the moment of adverse weather conditions in the Wilanów District and informing the Customer about it in the form of a telephone at 22 443-50-18 (13, 14, 15, 16) during the Office's working hours, by SMS at tel. 572-726-727 (regarding round-the-clock winter activities) and confirmation in writing by e-mail: wilanow.wos@um.warszawa.pl.
8.1.4 informing the Ordering Party in writing about all changes to the equipment shown in the materials submitted in the tender procedure. Changing the equipment can be made on others with the same technical characteristics or better.
8.1.5 The Contractor becomes the holder of waste generated as a result of the performance of the contract and the method of managing it must comply with the provisions of the Act on Waste and the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities in force on the date of performance of the contract.
8.2 The Contractor is obliged to comply with the ban on the use of blowers in all performed works. In the m.st of Warsaw, it is forbidden to use blowers.
8.3 The Contractor is obliged to ensure the transport of the Ordering Party's representative during the introduction, acceptance and control of the services provided.
8.4 Throughout the term of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to have a valid and paid civil liability policy in connection with the conducted business activity for the sum insured not lower than the value of the contract concluded with the Ordering Party.
8.5 Employees performing work as part of the performance of the contract should be dressed in aesthetic work clothes with a visible logo of the Contractor.
8.6 The Contractor is obliged to remove at its own expense, within the time limit agreed with the Ordering Party, any damage that occurred during the performance of works (concerning, m.in. plant material and possible damage to existing surfaces, cables, pipes and other underground and above-ground installations).
8.7 The equipment and machines necessary to perform the service should ensure their proper performance and do not pose a threat to persons and property in the area of work. The means of transport used to carry out the work should be marked (logo, full name and address of the company).
