The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities of the Independent Public Health Care Complex in Brzesko and to the following stations:

1) Station "HOSPITAL" - tariff group B23:

- supply of electricity to the transformer station 15/0.4 kV,

- connection power Pp = 740 kW,

- conventional power Pu = 400 kW,

- electricity demand approx. 1 900 000 kWh – per year;

2) Health Center in Uszwi - tariff group C11:

- connection power Pp = 6 kW,

- contractual power Pu = 6 kW,

- electricity demand approx. 4 500 kWh – per year;

3) Health Centre in Wola Dębińska – tariff group C11:

connected power Pp = 12 kW,

conventional power Pu = 12 kW,

electricity demand approx. 12 000 kWh - per year.

The estimated amount of electricity for a period of 12 months in total for all tariffs is:

1 916 500 kWh.
