The scope of the assignment includes the implementation of the salary administration for all pay functions of VNG and the functional management of the system. The requested service includes the provision of a help desk and the provision of the necessary work for the implementation of the requested service. The services are provided with the aid of the ECHR system AFAS.

After the contract has been awarded, VNG wishes to conclude an agreement with one tenderer for a period of two (2) years with the option of extending eight (8) times for a period of one (1) year.

There are approximately 450 internal employees (remuneration and licenses).
