The present tender concerns the provision of language interpretation to Aalborg Municipality. 

The tendered contract is a framework agreement, which is assumed to be concluded with one supplier, cf. section 97 of the Public Procurement Act. The agreement covers the following types of interpreters:

• Phone and video interpretation

• Fremmødetolkning

• Written translations

The agreement also includes that the types of interpreters "Telephone and video interpretation" and "Attendance interpretation" must be offered as emergency and full-day interpretation (4-7 hours)

The agreement covers all mandatory languages listed in Appendix 2 – Offer List of the Tender Specifications under the tab "Languages". The Tenderer may offer additional languages which the Contracting Entity may choose to use.
