- in accordance with applicable regulations, quality standards of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) together with executive acts

The contract covers the supply of electricity without distribution services for the PPE listed in Annex 3 to the CMS
