Norsk rikskringkasting AS (NRK) shall, on behalf of itself, Politihøgskolen (PHS) and Arkivverket/Riksarkivet enter into framework agreements for the delivery of canteen products. In this contract canteen products shall be understood to be fresh products and other products for canteens, divided into product groups that are further specified in the tender documentation Part I and Part IV (Annex 1 with sub enclosures).

Tenders can be submitted for 1, several or all of the product groups. Likewise, so as to allow for good competition, tenders can be submitted for one or several geographical areas, so that local suppliers can also participate in the competition.

One framework agreement shall be awarded within each product group for each geographical area in order to cover the total need. In accordance with the aim of simplifying the contract administration, 1 supplier can be awarded framework agreements for several combinations of product groups and locations. The locations will be: NRK: Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim and Tromsø. Politihøgskolen: Oslo, Stavern and Kongsvinger. Arkivverket: Only Riksarkivet in Oslo.

Emphasis is put on the fact that the stated volumes are based on historical consumption and are only meant as an indication of possible amounts. The contracting authority will not be bound to any actual procurements as the actual volumes can be both less or more.
