forests”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and conservation, fire protection, harvesting and sparing of timber and tourist development to be carried out in the Cisna Forest District in 2022.

The proceedings shall be carried out in the mode of unlimited tender pursuant to Article 129 (1) (1)) in the case of Articles 129 (2) and Articles 132-139 of the Law of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129 as amended - “PZP”) and implementing acts to the PZP. The procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for classical procurement with a value equal to or exceeding Union thresholds. The procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for

Qualitative standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction into application of the 'Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works' in the organisational units of Forests State. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the execution of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in the Order No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the execution of forestry works). A description of the rules for the procedure for taking up forestry works is included in the WF No 4.
