The subject of the contract includes:

A) preparation of complete project documentation to the extent necessary to perform the task broken down by industry, together with the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, investor cost estimates, obtaining necessary for the implementation of final decisions, including building permit decisions and / or notification of works depending on qualification , opinions and permits and guidelines along with the performance of author's supervision and carrying out all necessary approvals and admission to use. In particular, the Contractor will be required to agree on the design documentation and solutions used with the City Monument Conservator;

B) performance of construction works based on a building permit, detailed designs, technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works, in accordance with applicable regulations and with the art of construction.

The subject of the contract is planned for implementation in the "design and build" system: it consists of a design and implementation part.

Adaptation of some rooms in the CKZiU school building No. 2 at ul. Legionów 9 for the need of City Kindergarten No. 30 in the field of:

a) development of comprehensive project documentation by industry, divided into parts A and B;

b) performance of construction works, including on:

- comprehensive reconstruction of rooms for municipal pre-school No. 30 together with installations,

- thermomodernization,

- making a playground for the needs of the above before school.
