Business Development Services is a business service for SMEs organised by the ELY Centres, in which the ELY Centre subsidizes the use of external expert services/training services for SMEs. The appropriations come from the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment.
The purpose of the Training Service of business development services is to encourage and support the competence, growth of SMEs,
renewal, internationalisation and employment. The service is aimed at the key personnel of operating SMEs that want to develop. The total appropriation spent on the three training products of business development services is approximately EUR 4 million. €/ year.
The duration of the dynamic purchasing system shall be two years and may be extended by means of a new contract notice.
The acquisition covers the whole of Finland, excluding Åland. The contracting entity is the South Savo Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment.
Content of the acquisition:
Implementation of training for SMEs seeking revenue growth who want to develop their business using versatile marketing, sales and customer relationship management systems.
Objective:
Increase and strengthen the marketing and customer relationship management and management of SMEs. The goal is to take marketing and sales into account in the company's business as a whole. During the training and consulting, the participant's awareness and competence of the company's customer relationships and marketing and sales development needs and goals improves. The participants receive means and support for marketing and sales that implement the customer relationship strategy.
Duration:
Training duration 10 training days and 2 customer-specific consulting days
Price:
270 €/ training day and 1300 €/ consulting day.
Vector:
The training can be implemented partly face-to-face and partly as online teaching as described in DPS's internal tendering process (draft agreement). It should be noted that grouping and peer support, which are important for the participants, can take place.
The duration of the consulting days included in the training is 7 h / consulting day of customer work. They should be made in such a way that at least the second day is done at the premises of a corporate customer. The form of implementation of the second is always agreed in the best interests of the customer on a case-by-case basis.
The end result is an organization-specific development plan and report. The service provider is responsible for the implementation of the entire service process.
If the consultation is carried out remotely, the consultation is based on an interactive approach in which both parties are present at the same time. The content and implementation of the consultation are described in more detail in the draft agreement. A maximum of three hours of external expert's working time per participant can be utilised in the service.
