a) The award procedure is aimed at concluding a contract for the "evaluation of the implementation of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the Just Transition Fund (JTF) and the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) in the state of Saxony-Anhalt in the funding period 2021 to 2027".

b) The service components are divided into 4 sub-points:

1.Evaluations of the ERDF/JTF and ESF+ programmes Saxony-Anhalt in the funding period 2021 to 2027

2.Längerfristige Ergebnisindikatoren ESF+

3.Coordination with the managing authority and support related to the evaluations carried out

4.Support for the programming of the funding period 2028 to 2034

c) The contract begins on 01.03.2024 and ends on 31.12.2030, without the need for an explicit statement of termination. Subsequently, there is a one-time unilateral extension option of the client for the term of one year (until 31.12.2031). To this end, the client declares by 30.06.2030 at the latest whether it intends to make use of the option.

(d) The detailed scope of services is set out in Appendix 5 of the Terms of Reference.

e) The additional information to VI.3 / cf. e.g. Bidder Questions) and in the Appendix "1-Notes and Frequently Asked Questions" must be observed.
