The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of books to the Norwegian Armed Forces.

The framework agreement shall cover the Norwegian Armed Forces' requirement for procurement and delivery of printed books in Scandinavian languages and English. The supplier must also be able to deliver books in other languages if required.
