Public-Private Partnership for the assignment of the definitive and executive design, installation, operation and maintenance of a trigeneration plant served by the Fusina purification plant belonging to Veritas SpA, pursuant to Article 183 paragraph 15 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 of the Code of Public Contracts. The Contracting Authority bases the tender with the Technical-Economic Feasibility Study that has been prepared by the Promoter, with respect to which the Competitor must propose improvements that will be developed through the preparation of a Final Project to be presented in the tender by the Bidder. The Competitor, to whom the tender procedure will be awarded, must draw up the executive and construction project on the basis of the Final Project in line with the Technical-Economic Feasibility Study. In addition to the design, the successful tenderer will have to carry out and carry out the installation and subsequently maintenance of a trigeneration plant served by the Fusina purifier.
