Through this public European tender, the municipality of Zaanstad wishes to conclude an agreement for the expansion, management and monitoring of the groundwater monitoring network of the municipality of Zaanstad.

The objectives of the assignment are:

 the installation, management and maintenance of star level tubes and groundwater monitoring equipment, and;

 the access, validation and presentation of all groundwater and monitoring tube data via an online web portal.

The scope of the assignment is:

 the transformation, relocation and management of 170 handheld sound level tubes to star level tubes;

 replacing the existing data loggers on 75 star level tubes;

 Installation of 53 new star level tubes;

 The annual installation of approximately 15 star level tubes.

 monitoring the groundwater level in these star level wells for the duration of the agreement;

 unlocking and checking the measured data in an online web portal for the municipality (administrator) and residents / public during the duration of the agreement;

 presenting the measured data in an annual report.
