The purpose of this contract is the transport and treatment by energy recovery of residual household waste from Smiddev.

Smiddev currently treats its residual household waste by storage in ISDND, in Bagnols en Forêt; The objective for the Syndicate is to reduce tonnages destined for landfill, in particular by redirecting certain tonnages towards energy recovery, pending the commissioning of its Multi-Sector Recovery Unit currently under construction

It includes a firm slice and 3 optional slices.

The firm tranche concerns the treatment of Smiddev's residual household waste by energy recovery

The optional tranches relate to the removal and transport of residual household waste to an approved treatment facility:

- Optional tranche 1: Removal and transport of residual household waste from the transfer quay in Fréjus to the treatment facility

- Optional tranche 2: Removal and transport of residual household waste from the Saint-Raphaël transfer dock to the treatment facility

- Optional tranche 3: Removal and transport of residual household waste from the Montauroux transfer quay to the treatment facility
