The municipality of Cavalaire-sur-Mer undertakes a consultation with a view to taking out an insurance contract, guaranteeing all or part of the financial risks linked to the statutory social protection of the staff of the municipal social action center, in application of the provisions of Law No. 84-53 of 26.1.1984, Decree No. 60-58 of 11.1.1960, for agents affiliated to the CNRACL, Decree No. 91-298 of 20.3.1991 and Decree No. 88-145 of 15.2. 1988.
