Description:

1. The subject of the contract is the reservation, purchase and delivery of air and rail tickets for domestic and foreign routes as well as the reservation and purchase of hotel seats, insurance and mediation in the process of obtaining visas for delegates of State Administration Units.

2. The detailed method of implementation of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 3 to the ToR - Important provisions of the contract, Annex 2 to the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract.

3. As a result of the proceedings, contracts will be concluded with the Contractor on behalf of and for the benefit of Units covered by the joint contract.

4. The Awarding Entity does not envisage the award of contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 of the PPL Act.

5. The Awarding Entity does not envisage conducting an electronic auction.

6. The Awarding Entity does not anticipate concluding a framework agreement.

7. The Awarding Entity does not allow submitting variants within the meaning of art. 2 points 7 of the PPL Act.

8. The Purchaser does not allow submission of partial offers.

1. The subject of the contract is the reservation, purchase and delivery of air and rail tickets for domestic and foreign routes as well as the reservation and purchase of hotel seats, insurance and mediation in the process of obtaining visas for delegates of State Administration Units.

2. As part of the subject of the contract, purchase is planned (in accordance with Annex 1):

a) flight tickets on foreign routes,

b) flight tickets on domestic routes,

c) train tickets on foreign routes,

d) train tickets on domestic routes,

e) foreign hotel beds outside the country,

f) hotel places in the country,

g) insurance of travelers and their luggage,

h) visa procedures.

3. The name "one ticket" should mean a ticket on the route: "there and back". The unit reserves the right to purchase one-way tickets.

4. The term "hotel place" should be understood as a hotel day with or without breakfast.

The contractor is obliged to organize and secure a comprehensive implementation of the subject of the contract in accordance with applicable local and destination regulations (e.g. compulsory insurance of travelers and their luggage during the flight, airport charges, fuel charges, service charges).

The contractor is obliged to provide comprehensive, 24-hour service in the field of booking, purchase and delivery of tickets.

Booking, purchase and delivery of tickets will take place in accordance with the actual needs of the Unit on the basis of orders sent to the Contractor by phone, e-mail, fax or using the online tool made available to the Unit in Polish. The choice of the form of forwarded orders will be up to the Unit. Tickets will be issued in the form of e-tickets. 6. The Contractor will send tickets or boarding passes to the e-mail address indicated in the contract (PDF file) or to the place indicated by the Unit no later than 24 hours before the date of travel, and in an emergency - 4 hours before the planned journey. In the event of commencing travel from a country other than Poland, the ticket (s) enabling travel to be commenced within the prescribed period must be available at the representative office of the Contractor or the airline at the airport from which the journey commences. In special cases, it is possible to agree on another way of transferring the ticket / s, however, with the proviso that this method will allow travel to commence within the prescribed period.

The Contractor is obliged to immediately and regularly inform the Unit by phone of all changes related to the booked trip. This information must be confirmed by the Contractor by e-mail. The contractor is obliged to propose an optimal connection and at least two alternative connections:

(a) connections with the shortest total travel time and the minimum number of stopovers and transfers;

b) the cheapest connection, including a reduction in the flight standard;

The online tool will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays, and will allow the Unit, after logging in (providing individual login and password):

a) searching for the flights that interest her (the online tool base must also contain the offer of the so-called low cost low cost airlines).

b) booking airline tickets,

c) canceling the reservation,

d) changing the date, place of travel, as well as passenger data,

e) verifying the Contractor's proposals,

f) redemption and generation of an air ticket.

As part of using the online tool, the Unit must also receive at least the following information:

a) about the airline (carrier) providing the transport service;

b) the place and date (date and time) of departure;

c) the place and date (date and time) of arrival;

d) the duration of the flight, and in the case of multi-stage connections with a total connection. The ticket issued by the Contractor must be generated directly from the reservation system server.
