The framework agreements shall cover the Norwegian University of Life Sciences' (UMB), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requirements for architectural services in relation to various elucidation, planning, construction works projects from elucidation and planning assignments in construction projects of different size and scope. Several of the Awarding Authority's buildings are listed/protected and therefore subject to stringent restrictions.
