The Assignment concerns the development of a circular, dynamic, modular, building complex with associated environmental construction, which will serve as a knowledge and meeting place for the various actors in the construction sector. The future-oriented building will be a model of and an inspiration for innovation, extensive sustainability and flexibility in the construction sector. It will provide space for new developments, research and incentives from and for the sector.

The Contract includes works and supplies/services and is therefore a mixed contract within the meaning of Article 20 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016. However, the main object concerns a public works contract as provided for in Articles 2, 18° and 20 of the Public Procurement Act dd. 17 June 2016.
