The General Agreement will be closed for 24 (twenty-four) months or until the total maximum amount of orders under the general agreement reaches EUR 1 351 511.00 (one million three hundred fifty-one thousand five hundred and eleven euro, 00 cents), excluding value added tax, depending on which condition will occur first. Other conditions related to the fulfilment of the general agreement, including sending an invitation for the necessary services, the right to evaluate the tenders submitted and award of the contract, the execution of the order of the rental staff in each specific case of the order, set out in the general in the draft agreement (Annex 6 to the Regulation).
