The Norwegian Government, coordinated by the Ministry of Children, Equality and Social Inclusion (BLD) has prepared an action plan against forced marriage, genital mutilation and serious limitations of youth's freedom. The action plan is for the period 2013-2016. This is a continuance of former action plans.
The action plan is delivered by the Ministry of Labour (AD), the Ministry of Children, Equality and Social Inclusion (BLD), the Ministry of Health and Care Services (HOD), the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (JD), the Ministry of Education and Research (KD), the Ministry of Culture (KUD) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (UD). The Ministry of Children, Equality and Social Inclusion (BLD) has the principal liability for the coordination and each ministry has the principal liability for implementing measures within own sector liability area.
An agreement shall be entered into for delivery of consecutive assessment of this action plan. The objective is to gain experiences from the works executed on the fields.
Annual written reports and ex-post evaluations shall be available within the conclusion of the action plan in 2016. The assessment shall include mapping of how the services work on the field in order to follow the development and obtain better knowledge of the services internal work.
