1. The subject of the order will be divided into the following PARTS of the order:
1) PART I – rental of multifunctional devices,
2) PART II – provision of comprehensive maintenance services for multifunctional devices.
2. Under PART I of the contract, the lease of multifunctional devices in a total number of 52 units is provided for the needs of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodship Office in Olsztyn, the Office Delegations in Elbląg and Ełk, the Transport Base of the Office in Olsztyn and road border crossings.
3. PART II of the contract provides for the provision of comprehensive maintenance services for multifunctional devices located in the building of the Warmia and Mazury Voivodship Office in Olsztyn at Al. Marszałka J. Piłsudskiego 7/9.
Rental of multifunctional devices.1. PART I of the contract provides for the rental of multifunctional devices in a total number of 52 units for the purposes of:
1) Warmia and Mazury Voivodship Office in Olsztyn at Al. Marszałka J. Piłsudskiego 7/9,
2) the Delegation of the Warmia and Mazury Voivodship Office in Elbląg at 1 Wojska Polskiego Street,
3) the Delegation of the Warmia and Mazury Voivodship Office in Ełk at 15 Mickiewicza Street,
4) Transport Base of the Warmia and Mazury Voivodship Office in Olsztyn at 16 Kasprzaka Street,
5) Road Border Crossing in Bezledy, 11-200 Bartoszyce,
6) Road Border Crossing in Grzechotki, 14-500 Braniewo,
7) Road Border Crossing in Gronowo, 14-500 Braniewo,
8) Road Border Crossing in Gołdap, 19-500 Gołdap.
2. A detailed description of PART I of the contract can be found in Annex 2 to the tender specifications, hereinafter referred to as SWZ.
3. The description contained in Annex 2 to the SWZ contains minimum requirements for equipment covered by the subject of PART I of the contract, which means that the contractor may offer devices characterized by better technical and functional parameters.
4. Whenever the contracting authority in the SWZ refers to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, solutions equivalent to those described shall be allowed.
5. Delivery of equipment under PART I of the order will take place on the working days of the contracting authority, at the contractor's own effort and at the expense of the contractor.
6. The delivered devices under PART I of the order must be brand new, free from defects in construction, material, workmanship and legality, unused, complete, technically efficient, manufactured not earlier than in 2023, together with the required controllers, approved for marketing and use, in accordance with the requirements set out in the CMS.
7. The Contractor shall be obliged to carry out, at its own expense, instructions on the use of the equipment delivered under PART I for designated employees of the contracting authority.
8. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the principles of modern knowledge, applicable regulations and with respect for the principles of occupational health and safety.
9. The subject of the order in each of the PARTS will be divided into the following stages:
1) stage I – including the rental of multifunctional devices and the provision of comprehensive maintenance services for multifunctional devices in 2023,
2) stage II – including rental of multifunctional devices and provision of comprehensive maintenance services for multifunctional devices in 2024,
3) stage III – including rental of multifunctional devices and provision of comprehensive maintenance services for multifunctional devices in 2025,
4) stage VI – including rental of multifunctional devices and provision of comprehensive maintenance services for multifunctional devices in 2026,
5) stage V – including the rental of multifunctional devices and the provision of comprehensive maintenance services for multifunctional devices in 2027.
10. In the absence of financial resources for the performance of the contract under stage II, III, IV or V, the contracting authority shall withdraw from the implementation of this / these stages, and in such a case the contractor will only be entitled to remuneration due for the performance of part of the contract until the date of withdrawal.
Providing comprehensive maintenance services for multifunctional devices.1. PART II of the contract provides for the provision of comprehensive maintenance services for multifunctional devices located in the building of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodship Office in Olsztyn at Al. Marszałka J. Piłsudskiego 7/9.
2. A detailed description of PART II of the order can be found in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the principles of modern knowledge, applicable regulations and with respect for the principles of occupational health and safety.
4. The subject of the order in each of the PARTS will be divided into the following stages:
1) stage I – including the rental of multifunctional devices and the provision of comprehensive maintenance services for multifunctional devices in 2023,
2) stage II – including rental of multifunctional devices and provision of comprehensive maintenance services for multifunctional devices in 2024,
3) stage III – including rental of multifunctional devices and provision of comprehensive maintenance services for multifunctional devices in 2025,
4) stage VI – including rental of multifunctional devices and provision of comprehensive maintenance services for multifunctional devices in 2026,
5) stage V – including the rental of multifunctional devices and the provision of comprehensive maintenance services for multifunctional devices in 2027.
5. In the absence of financial resources for the performance of the contract under stage II, III, IV or V, the contracting authority shall withdraw from the implementation of this / these stages, and in such a case the contractor will be entitled only to the remuneration due for the performance of part of the contract until the date of withdrawal.
