The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, obtaining and breaking timber, hunting, meadow and agricultural management as well as nursery work, seed, trees, maintenance of tourist facilities and educational path and timber preparation for the forestry office to be carried out in the area of the Brodnica Forest District in 2022.
