Supply of electricity for the City of Szczecinek and its units in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the City of Szczecinek and its units in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023 in total estimated quantity of 12,646 196 kWh and broken down by tariffs:

(a) in the R unit tariff - 3 920 kWh,

(b) in the tariff G11 unit - 71 594 kWh,

(c) in the G12 tariff in the day zone - 60 820 kWh,

d) in the G12 tariff in the night zone - 37 180 kWh,

(e) in the tariff C11 unit - 1 667 018 kWh,

(f) the tariff C12B in the day zone - 852 918 kWh,

(g) in the C12B tariff in the night zone - 1 366,552 kWh,

(h) in the tariff C12W in the day zone - 92 000 kWh,

(i) in the C12W tariff in the night zone - 265 320 kWh,

(j) in the C12A tariff in the peak zone - 414 780 kWh,

(k) in tariff C12A in the off-peak zone - 1 104 582 kWh,

l) in the tariff C21 unit - 439 352 kWh,

m) in tariff C22B in the day zone - 801 000 kWh,

n) in the tariff C22B in the night zone - 511,000 kWh,

(o) tariff C22A in the peak zone - 131 416 kWh,

p) in tariff C22A in the off-peak zone - 393 512 kWh,

q) in tariff B21 unit - 34 000 kWh,

(r) in tariff B23 in the pre-south peak zone - 644 592 kWh,

(s) in tariff B23 in the afternoon peak zone — 706 758 kWh,

(t) in tariff B23 during the remaining hours of the day — 2,967 882 kWh,

(u) tariff C23 in the pre-south peak zone - 20,000 kWh,

(v) tariff C23 in the afternoon peak zone — 10,000 kWh,

(w) in tariff C23 during the remaining hours of the day — 50 000 kWh.

1.1. The Contracting Authority concludes this Agreement on behalf of the City of Szczecinek and its units listed in Annex 1 to this Agreement, which are terminal recipients, within the meaning of Article 3 (13a) of the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended).

1.2. The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity for the individual final customers listed in Annex 1 to this Agreement, as part of a joint contract carried out for the City of Szczecinek and its units pursuant to Article 38 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Procurement law public (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as of late).

1.3. A detailed list of the electricity consumption points of the City of Szczecinek and its units shall include Annexes Nr 1.1, No. 1.2, No. 1.3, No. 1.4, No. 1.5, No. 1.6, No 1.7, No 1.8, No 1.9, No 1.10, No 1.11.

2. The supply of active electricity is carried out through a distribution network belonging to the Distribution System Operator (hereinafter referred to as the DSO), i.e. ENERGA-OPERATOR S.A., to the network of which a given energy consumption point (hereinafter referred to as the PPE) of the end customer is connected.

3. The Contractor shall have the current electricity trading concession issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority.

4. The Contractor is obliged to have a signed General Distribution Agreement with the DSO, i.e. ENERGA-OPERATOR S.A, to the network of which the PPE of the Final Receiver is connected (applies to Contractors not the owner of the distribution network).

5. The Contracting Authority declares that the City of Szczecinek and its units have legal title to use the facilities to which electricity is to be sold under this Agreement.
