The subject of the order are successive supplies of diesel oil for the needs of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Motor Transport joint stock company, over a period of 12 months, with a division of the order into 2 lots (2 tasks).

Diesel fuel, depending on the part of the order, will be delivered to the Contracting Authority's storage tanks or to the Contracting Authority's vehicle tanks — refueling vehicles.

The subject of the order for this part is the delivery of diesel fuel, in the quantity of 2 406 m3, to the storage tanks of the Ordering Party in its organization or field units specified in Section II.2.3.

The Contracting Authority shall require that the participation of products, including software used in the equipment of telecommunications networks originating in the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements for equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries in respect of Decision of the Council the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU shall apply, exceeding 50%.

The subject of the order for this part is the delivery of diesel fuel, in the amount of 923,000 litres, consisting in the refueling of the Contractor's vehicles at the Contractor's service stations in localities in Section II.2.3.
