The project “E-services for Podkowian” is co-financed by the European Union by means of the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Programme of Masovian Voivodeship 2014-2020 under agreement No RPMA.02.01.02-14-e649/20-00. provided to the inhabitants of Horseshoe Forest by the Ordering Party. As part of the e-services platform, the Ordering Party intends to make public services available to its residents allowing full interaction with the office, which means the possibility of complete handling of the matter at a distance.

A detailed description of the object of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority for implementation and reception shall specify:

— description of the object of the order — Annex 8 to the SWZ,

— model contract - Annex 7 to SWZ.

The project aims to develop e-services provided to residents by the City of Horseshoe Forest. As part of the e-services platform, the City intends to make public services available to residents, allowing full interaction with the office, that is, the possibility of complete handling of the matter at a distance. In addition, as a result of its implementation, existing systems will be expanded, which will contribute heavily to the interoperability of public ICT systems. Key activities carried out in the project:

1. Construction of a modern system enabling the provision of e-services at 3 and 4 levels of maturity,

2. Integration of the System with the financial platform — accounting office,

3. Improving the security of data transmission and IT systems,

4. Preparation of the management information system,

5. Increase of social participation in city governance through surveying.

The target groups to which the project is addressed, which will benefit from the products and functionalities implemented in the implementation of the project are, above all,:

1. Residents of the City of Horseshoe Forest,

2. Entrepreneurs from the City area,

3. Officials employed in the Horseshoe Forest Town Office and subordinate cells,

4. Local Community Organisations (associations and foundations and other entities),

5. Taxpayers.

It is expected that up to 35 users who are employees of the Ordering Party (persons in one location) and no more than 1,500 residents will use the system, with the maximum number of users simultaneously using

From the system there will be no more than 100 people.

The platform for providing e-services will include:

— Interaction module with residents in a cloud-based version

— Online Payment Module

— Hand management module,

— Reporting and Polling Module,

In addition, the order includes the construction of mobile applications in iOS and Android, the integration of systems with the databases used, the import/export of database power, and the updating of the system, and the maintenance of the hardware infrastructure during the warranty period.

— E-poll,

— Real Estate,

— Culture,

— Cemetery,

— Urban greenery,

— Field Recreation.
