Work and education journeys (hereafter called WE-journeys) is a scheme where persons with movement difficulties can get grants for transport by taxi/special transport to and from work or school. The aim is to ensure that persons with movement difficulties due to reduced function abilities do not have to turn down education or work due to a lack of transport offers. WE-journeys are founded on the Regulations for Grants for Work and Education Journeys and they have been a national scheme since 2014.

Assistance shall be procured for the administration of WE-journeys. The assistance shall include the delivery of travel cards, administration of the payment system, invoicing and reporting on journeys made.
