The subject of the contract is: Acceptance and management of collected mixed municipal waste, selectively collected municipal waste and bio-waste from the area of the Maków Podhalański Commune.
Mixed (non-segregated) waste delivered by the Contracting Authority (collected from the area of the Maków Podhalański Municipality by the Entrepreneur providing waste collection services) should go directly to the municipal installation. Selective waste delivered by the Contracting Authority (collected from the area of the Maków Podhalański Municipality by the Entrepreneur providing waste collection services) should be sent to a waste recovery or disposal installation that meets the requirements set out in specific regulations, m.in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended) and the current Waste Management Plan of the Małopolska Region.
The approximate amount of municipal waste collected by the Contracting Authority is expected to be collected from the residents of the Maków Podhalański Municipality during the term of the contract with the Contractor collecting the delivered waste will amount to approximately 4,680.00 MG.
