1. The subject of the order are:

a) delivery of 3 brand new zero-emission low-floor electric buses, one make and type, intended for public transport operations, structurally adapted to right-hand traffic, charged via a connector (plug-in) with electronic equipment (dedicated devices and systems)

(b) the supply of bus equipment

c) delivery, assembly and commissioning of 3 mobile single-station chargers with necessary software and documentation - Bus charging system: plug-in

d) instruct 3 technical staff in the operation and operation of the delivered vehicles and systems.

2. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract are included in Annex TOM III to SWZ-description of the subject of the contract

3. The subject of the contract should be implemented on the principles set out in Annex TOM II to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the contract
