The provision of 0-19 (25) services (comprising Health Visiting, Family Nurse Partnership and School Health) are an integral and mandated element of the Public Health grant and form the backbone of both universal support for children, young people, and families as well as targeted and specialist interventions for some of our must vulnerable families through the delivery and management of the Healthy Child Program.
