The Ateliers Médicis, already installed since June 2018 on a transitional site of nearly 1,000 square meters in Montfermeil, are due to integrate in 2026 a 6,000 square meter hybrid facility in the immediate vicinity of the future "Clichy-Montfermeil" station on line 16 of the Grand Paris Express. The new Ateliers Médicis building will be located in the heart of a rapidly changing district, in which the urban renewal operation of the Plateau district, on an unprecedented scale, is coming to an end. This contract is for the landscaping component. The procurement procedure is conducted according to the open MAPA procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2123-1 and R2123-1 to R2123-8 of the French Public Procurement Code.
