The services include:

• supply of a cleaning / lubrication / ITV machine for tank tapping for EDF Nuclear Power Plants in 2022

• supply of spare parts for the MTC machine from 2023 to 2027

• technical assistance during the use of the machine on Nuclear Power Plants in France from 2023 to 2027

The supply consists in developing the tools (i.e. 1 machine) for the tapping of the reactor vessels of the French fleet, REP 900-1300-1450 MW which make it possible to fulfill the functions of:

- Fat removal

- Blank polishing of the nets

- Television inspection

- Passage of a tool of shape of type tap

- Lubrication of nets

The tools to be developed must allow the various activities specified above to be carried out without human intervention, with the exception of installation and folding.

This development includes:

• Design,

• Manufacturing,

• Unit factory tests of tools and loaders,

• Tests in representative situations, tools and carriers,

• The supply of models for the aforementioned tests,

• The provision of metrological control means (mechanical, thermal, derbitric, etc.), specific to tests,

• The qualification of the maintenance operation on the models provided under this document,

• Technical assistance in use, implementation and training of stakeholders

• Documents relating to tools for:

o Design,

o Construction,

o The Supplier's workshop tests,

o Factory qualification,

o Training of users in the operation of tools, their maintenance and requalification.

• Essential spare parts and consumables for the first year of use,

• The supply of transport packaging and their interior fittings for all TCM tools and models, in accordance with the regulations in force for this material carrying fixed and unfixed radioactive contamination.
