The modules face the following challenges:
- Poor technical condition of roofs, facades, exterior joinery, overall of the waterproof envelope.
- Poor condition of technical installations
The project management mission consists of:
- the complete renovation of the interiors of URANUS A, C and D according to a new occupancy programme,
- the complete renovation of the roofs and facades (including joinery) of the URANUS A, C and D including the covered hall joining modules A and C,
- the partial renovation of the entrance hall joining modules A and C including the extension of the covered access ramp to the hall,
- the creation of a garden side terrace for module C.
The work will be specified in the Programme which will be sent to the successful candidates at a later date.
The project is the subject of a BIM-GEM approach and will have to take into account the architectural constraints of the site. URANUS A = 240m², URANUS C = 460m², Uranus D = 270 m²
The services expected under this call for tenders are as follows:
Basic missions complete project management:
- ESQ/APS/APD/PC/PRO/ACT (conception)
- VISA/DET/AOR (réalisation)
- GPA (guarantee of perfect completion)

The estimated overall cost of work is €3.5 million.
