The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for storage and production halls with industrial and non-industrial parts for the facility KSSENON business accelerator located in Żory, Rozwojowa 2 Dz. no. 160/35, 1184/22, 1185/22, 1186/22, 1187/22, 1188/22, 1189/22, 1190/22, 1191/22, 1265/22 (the last one was created as a result of the division of the plot No. 1192/22 in connection with the ZRiD procedure).

The amount of energy supplied during the term of the contract is estimated at 2 087 MWh, including:

for the needs of warehouse and production halls and non-industrial parts:

- energy settled according to the B23 tariff morning peak – 1 043,000 MWh,

- energy settled according to the B23 tariff afternoon peak – 209,000 MWh,

- energy settled according to the B23 tariff remaining hours of the day – 835,000 MWh,

The current contractual power is 692 kW (subject to change in accordance with the SWZ).

The connected power is 3200 kW

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for warehouse and production halls with an industrial and non-industrial part for the facility Business accelerator KSSENON located in Żory, Rozwojowa 2 Street, Journal of Laws no. 160/35, 1184/22, 1185/22, 1186/22, 1187/22, 1188/22, 1189/22, 1190/22, 1191/22, 1265/22 (the last one was created as a result of the division of the plot No. 1192/22 in connection with the ZRiD procedure).

2. The amount of energy supplied during the contract completion period is estimated at 2 087 MWh, including:

for the needs of warehouse and production halls and non-industrial parts:

- energy settled according to the B23 tariff morning peak – 1 043,000 MWh,

- energy settled according to the B23 tariff afternoon peak – 209,000 MWh,

- energy settled according to the B23 tariff remaining hours of the day – 835,000 MWh,

3. The current contractual power is 692 kW (subject to change in accordance with the SWZ).

4. Connected power is 3200 kW

5. The Contractor must meet the requirements for electricity quality parameters and customer service quality standards in accordance with the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Energy Law and its executive regulations and Polish Standards.

6. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall be responsible for commercial balancing of electricity purchased by the Contracting entity. The Contractor's remuneration for performing the above-mentioned activities is included in the unit prices indicated in the offer.

7. The amount of the expected electricity consumption was determined on the basis of the estimated consumption of electricity that the contracting authority intends to purchase within 12 months following the first delivery. The forecast electricity consumption is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the term of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity actually consumed does not entail any negative consequences for the Ordering Party and does not constitute the basis for any claims of the Contractor, except for the need for the Ordering Party to pay for the amount of energy actually used in accordance with the unit prices indicated in the Contractor's offer and the contract.

8. The purchase of electricity will take place on the basis of a concluded contract.

9. The collection points are located in the area of operation of the DSO Tauron Dystrybucja S.A.

10. The current comprehensive agreement for the PPE covered by these proceedings (the list is attached as Annex 11 to the SWZ) is concluded by BUDIMEX S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (General Contractor of the Investment) with Tauron Sprzedaż GZE Sp. z o.o. The contract will be terminated on 30.06.2023, the meter will be taken over by the Ordering Party (i.e. Katowice Special Economic Zone S.A. with its registered office in Katowice). The Ordering Party will conclude a distribution agreement on 01.07.2023.
