— N1 Randers A/S, Edison Park 1, 6715 Esbjerg N, CVR No 29 31 24 35.

There is also a party to the framework agreement. The 3 contracting entities may each draw on the framework agreement as needed. Norlys Holding A/S is the person responsible for the organisation and implementation of the tender, but the framework agreement is concluded by all parties. From the start of the agreement, it will be primarily Norlys Holding A/S and N1 A/S drawing on the deal. N1 Rander's A/S move on the deal will form a smaller part of the overall need. Due to planned system and organizational changes during the agreement period, it is expected that it will primarily be Norlys Holding A/S that will retract the agreement on behalf of all parties.

Contracting entities need the acquisition of project management services for the entire supply area within 20-0.4 kV.

Experience in the services below is required: 20-0,4 kV project management (project manager and consultancy as period contract), 0.4 kV design, cable cabinets, 20-0,4 kV design, cables and 20/10 kV design, network stations including 20/10 kV design, switching facilities and- 20/10 kV relay technique.

A total contract sum shall be estimated for the entire period of the agreement, including an option of approximately 41 million. DKK. The estimate is the contracting entity's best bid based on historical consumption and expected increased activity. The estimate is not binding on contracting entities.
