The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and uninhabited properties located in the City of Gorlice, collected by them in accordance with the provisions of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the City of Gorlice, as well as the organization of a Stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Gorlice and ensuring the provision of waste acceptance and management services. Services in the field of collection and acceptance of municipal waste and its management will be provided to owners of inhabited and uninhabited properties in the City of Gorlice.
1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited and uninhabited properties located in the City of Gorlice, and the management of this waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the property owners for municipal waste management. 2. The scope of the contract includes:1) collection of mixed (non-segregated) municipal waste, 2) collection of waste collected in a selective manner, 3) waste listed in paragraph 2) is collected in multi-family housing in marked containers intended for segregation of waste placed in the city (103 sets of 3 pieces for raw material waste) and 37 120 l containers for bio-waste, collected in bags or containers by property owners in areas with built-up buildings single-family homes, as well as collected in bags or containers in workplaces, retail and service outlets, schools, institutions and other entities; as well as on streets, squares, city parks, cemeteries, playgrounds, etc. 4) management of municipal waste collected from the property and accepted at PSZOK. 3. The estimated amount of municipal waste collected from property owners and accepted at PSZOK during the period of execution of the Order in the City will amount to approx. 8599.30 Mg (including 5382 Mg of waste code 20 03 01; 1326 Mg of paper and cardboard, glass, plastics, multi-material packaging and metal waste; 1415 Mg of bio-waste; 353.5 Mg of bulky waste and 122.80 Mg of other waste)
