2. The subject of the contract is divided into 10 tasks.

Task No. 1 – successive deliveries of hard coal, fine coal and eco-pea coal in an estimated total amount of 3,433.10 tonnes for:

- part 1 - PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. (Zakład Linie Kolejowych: Gdynia, Bydgoszcz, Szczecin, Zielona Góra, Poznań, Ostrów Wielkopolski), total 1 933,50 tonnes;

- part 2 - Polish State Railways in total 234,60 tonnes,

- part 3 – PKP CARGO S.A. and its subsidiaries totalling 995.00 tonnes,

- part 4 – Pomorskie Przedsiębiorstwo Mechaniczno- Torowe Sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk in total 270,00 tonnes;

Task No. 10 – successive wagon deliveries of hard coal in the total amount of 120,00 tons for:

Part 1 – PKP CARGO S.A. totalling 120.00 tonnes.

Task No. 2 – successive deliveries of hard coal, fine coal and eco-pea coal in the estimated total amount of 1,774.00 tonnes for:

- part 1 - PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. (Railway Lines Plants: Wałbrzych, Wrocław, Opole) in total 617,00 tonnes,

- part 2 - Polish State Railways in total 32,50 tonnes,

- Part 3 – PKP CARGO S.A. and its subsidiaries totalling 1,124.50 tonnes;

Task No. 3 – successive deliveries of hard coal, fine coal and eco-pea coal in an estimated total amount of 1,940.50 tonnes for:

- part 1 - PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. (Railway Lines Plants: Kraków, Sosnowiec, Częstochowa, Tarnowskie Góry, Zakład Maszyn Torowych - (Kraków)) a total of 1,600.50 tonnes;

- part 2 – Polskie Koleje Państwowe S.A. total 82,00 tonnes,

- part 3 – PKP CARGO S.A. and its subsidiaries totalling 258.00 tonnes;

Task No. 4 – successive deliveries of hard coal, fine coal and eco-pea coal in an estimated total amount of 837.00 tons for:

- part 1 - PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. (Zakłady Linie Kolejowych: Lublin, Kielce, Zakład Maszyn Torowych- Skarżysko-Kam.) total 361,00 tonnes,

- part 2 – PKP S.A. in total 214.00 tonnes,

- part 3 – PKP CARGO S.A. and its subsidiaries totalling 262.00 tonnes;

Task No. 5 – successive deliveries of hard coal, fine coal and eco-pea coal in an estimated total amount of 2,483.50 tonnes for:

- part 1 - PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. (Railway Lines Plants: Siedlce, Olsztyn, Białystok, Warsaw, Łódź) in total 785,50 tonnes,

- Part 2 – PKP CARGO S.A. and its subsidiaries totalling 1,698.00 tonnes;

Task No. 6 – successive deliveries of coke in the estimated total quantity of 345.70 tonnes for:

- part 1 – PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. (Railway Lines Plants: Bydgoszcz, Zielona Góra, Poznań, Ostrów Wielkopolski, Szczecin), a total of 218.70 tonnes,

- part 2 – PKP CARGO S.A. and its subsidiaries totalling 127.00 tonnes;

Task No. 7 – successive deliveries of coke in the estimated total quantity of 201.00 tonnes for:

- part 1 - PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. (Railway Lines Works: Wrocław, Opole) in total 126,00 tonnes,

- part 2 - PKP Polskie Koleje Państwowe S.A. total 75,00 tonnes;

Task No. 8 - successive deliveries of coke in the estimated total quantity of 77.10 tonnes for:

- part 1 - PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. (Zakłady Linie Kolejowych: Sosnowiec, Rzeszów) total 20.10 tonnes,

- part 2 – PKP CARGO S.A. and its subsidiaries totalling 57.00 tonnes;

Task No. 9 - successive deliveries of coke in an estimated quantity of 60.00 tonnes for:
