this is a framework agreement the object of which is the production of a test means representative of an optronic homing director with imaging dual-band (iss fr); its maintenance in operational condition and in safety conditions, its evolutionary software and hardware maintenance.

Procedure:

This draft framework agreement is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 2324-1, L 2324-3, R 2324-1, R 2324-3, R 2361-1, R 2361-8 to R 2361-12 of the public order code.

This composite framework agreement includes both flat-rate services and other services that may be ordered by purchase orders pursuant to Article R 2362-8 of the Public Order Code.

Services on provisions:

In application of Articles R 2372-19 to R 2372-21 of the Public Procurement Code, since the contract may present significant technical hazards, it will include a share of supplies and services that could not be precisely defined in the initial public contract.
