The National Lottery will enter into a framework agreement for the operational leasing of company vehicles with an MAV of less than 3,500 kilograms, for a period of four years (but sometimes more or less, as needed, if the National Lottery considers it necessary. during this period with a view to cost optimization) and with a monthly rent in closed calculation for the entire duration.

Taking into account the economies of scale envisaged, the monitoring of the contract and the unambiguous directives to the drivers, the contract is not subdivided into lots.

This framework agreement is concluded with a maximum of three participants, who will be included in a cascade system according to their position in the final ranking when the contract is awarded. This implies that, during the term of the framework agreement, the order requests will normally be sent to the participant classified first, considered as "preferential supplier", who will be compared to the participant classified 2 e for each order.
