The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: "Winter road maintenance 2024-2026". The order is divided into 6 sectors/lots. Detailed lists of roads in individual sectors are included in the following annexes: A, B, C, D, E, F to the Terms of Reference.
Snow removal and gritting of municipal roads will be carried out in accordance with the road maintenance standards in the Town and Municipality of Trzebinia, which are described in Appendix H to the Terms of Reference. Each Contractor may submit bids for one or more sectors (bid for each sector separately) provided that it has the required minimum equipment separately for each sector. The Contracting Authority does not allow the same equipment to be indicated in more than one sector. The Contractor will ensure round-the-clock availability by providing at least 2 telephone numbers (for the equipment base), which will be available to the Ordering Party and the residents of the municipality around the clock, as well as an e-mail address. Any damage resulting from the execution of this order shall be covered by the Contractor.
Sector A - Municipal roads in the area of the City of Trzebinia and the Village of Młoszowa - 40.27 km. (Appendix No. A to the SWZ).The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled: "Winter road maintenance 2024-2026". In Sector I, the following are planned:

In 2026 - 2 snow removals during the period from 1.01.2026 to 31.03.2026

- Market Square + closed part in the direction of the Solidarity roundabout + pedestrian route to the market in Trzebinia + area under the multimedia tower + TAXI stand on a length of 180 m,
- Closed section of Kościuszki Street with a length of 50 m,
- Parking lot behind the Mill with access roads on a length of 80 m,
- City Hall car park + second level car park on the length of 130 m,
- Small Market Square with a length of 80 m,
- Narutowicza Street + parking lot at the building at 10 Narutowicza Street on the length of 50 m,
- Turnouts on St. Stanislaus Street with a length of 30 m,
The snow should be removed strictly in the following cases:
- the height of piles piled along a street, road or parking lot exceeds 0.80 m.
- The width of the piles narrows the pavement to a width of less than 1.0 m or the lane to a width of less than 5.0 m.
